Running a Calculation Check
To run a calculation check, follow the usual steps for loading MLS data into the Market Analysis Service.
When prompted to select your state and MLS in step 3, select California and 1004MC - Calculation Verification File.
When prompted for the listing search date in step 4, enter 12/31/2021.
The Appraise-It Market Analysis Service will produce the following statistics:
