1. With your report open in Appraise-It Classic, go to Services ⇨ Appraise-It Market Analysis Service.
2. Click Next.
3. Select your state and MLS, then click Next.
4. Select your listing search date, whether or not you wish to have pending sales counted as settled, and whether or not you want the Service to include the Market Analysis Charts, then click Next.
5. Click Browse, and navigate to the file you saved from your MLS. Select it and click Open.
6. Repeat if you are including Condominium Listings, then click Next.
7. Click Analyze.
8. The Service will analyze the data you provided. When complete, click Finish.
9. Your 1004MC addendum will now be filled out. If selected, the Market Analysis Charts will also be filled out.
