How do I create a Wincomps database?

The Wincomps utility lets you keep a database of comparables for use in future reports.

1. In Appraise-It, go to Tools ⇨ Wincomp Comparables.
2. Go to File ⇨ New DB.
3. Enter a name for your database and click Save.
4. Go to File ⇨ Set Default DB.
5. Click Browse and select the new database you created in step 3, then click Open, then click OK.

You can now begin adding comparables to your database.
