In UAD 3.6 Uniform Residential Appraisal Reports, the Total Bedrooms, Total Bathrooms - Full, and Total Bathrooms - Half fields are locked for editing. They are automatically populated based on the rooms described in the unit's Level and Room Detail.
In the Unit Interior section of the report, the Level and Room Detail subsection appears below the area breakdown. It is divided into two columns: one for above-grade levels and one for below-grade levels.
To add an above-grade level to the unit, select Add Above Grade Level. To add a below-grade level to the unit, select Add Below Grade Level.
In each level, select Add Room and then specify the Room Type once for each room that exists on that level of the unit.
When the Room Type is "Bedroom", "Bath - Full", or "Bath - Half", the count in Total Bedrooms, Total Bathrooms - Full, and Total Bathrooms - Half is incremented for you.
