A GSE UAD Compliance API error stating "Provide a description (e.g. Lender, AMC) for the client. , Assignment Information , Client/[Role] , PartyRoleType" can occur if a role hasn't been specified for the client in the report file.
1. In the Assignment Information section, find the Contact Information subsection.
2. Locate the contact with the Role "Client".
3. Select the Role(s) dropdown and check a box in addition to Client to indicate the client's role. For example, if your client is an AMC, check the Appraisal Management Company box in addition to the Client box.
You should no longer receive the GSE UAD Compliance API error on MISMO export.
