UAD 3.6 requires latitude and longitude coordinates to be embedded in the report for the subject and all comparables. These coordinates are automatically transferred into the report for you when you use Street Maps to add your sales comparables, rental comparables, GRM comparables, and/or land comparables maps to the report.
The location coordinates are associated with each property via the property address. This means that if the property address is changed in any way after the map has been transferred, even something as simple as deleting a period or expanding "Rd" to "Road", the association is broken and the map will need to be re-transferred to update the coordinates and clear the validation error.
