Why does my report say Demo?

If your report says Demo in any field, take the following steps to ensure Appraise-It is registered correctly.

1. In Appraise-It, go to HelpRegistrationRe-register.
2. Enter your customer ID and registration password, then click Register.
3. Select your name, then click Select.
4. Select your state appraising license/certification, then click Select.
5. Select your company address, then click Select.
6. Verify the correct appraiser name appears at the lower left of the program window, where it says "Welcome to Appraise-It".
7. If your report still says Demo, close and reopen Appraise-It.
8. If your report still says Demo, sign the report.
