Per FNMA, if there are no prior sales of the subject property within the last three years, and/or no prior sales of the comp properties within the last year, leave the Date of Prior Sale/Transfer and Price of Prior Sale/Transfer for that property blank. You must still supply your Data Source and Effective Date of Data Source.
