New major forms added to Appraise-It's library will not have access to any existing custom skeletons, even if the forms are similar (for example, the UAD 1004 and standard 1004 do not share skeletons). However, you can quickly create new custom skeletons based on your existing ones using Appraise-It's Import function.
1. Open the existing skeleton you wish to re-use.
2. Save the skeleton as a standard report file by going to File ⇨ Save. Name it something you'll easily remember.
3. Close the open skeleton.
4. Go to File ⇨ New and open a default skeleton for the new form type.
5. Go to Action ⇨ Import.
6. Click Select All, then click Available Addenda, then click Select All, then click OK.
7. Any available prefilled text or images in the original custom skeleton will be imported into the new skeleton.
8. Go to File ⇨ Save as skeleton and give your new custom skeleton a name.
Note that this process will not preserve any special formatting you've applied to specific fields. You can also specify a new default report font by going to Format ⇨ Report ⇨ Font. Don't forget to resave your custom skeleton after applying any formatting.
