If you are running an earlier version Photograph-It Plus than 21.2, you will not be able to access it when working in a UAD report.
As an example, Photograph-It Plus 18.3 was released in August of 2009, therefore it is only capable of interfacing with forms that existed in Appraise-It at that point in time. In newer versions of Appraise-It, it can work with the same old forms, but not new forms that have been added since, such as the 2010 ERC or the UAD versions of the standard forms.
