Image Manager has a built-in Image Editor, which allows you to quickly perform basic editing tasks without the need for a third-party editing application. To access it, right-click on any image thumbnail in Image Manager and select Edit Image.
All of Image Editor's functions are available on the toolbar at the top of the window.
Save: Permanently saves your changes.
Turn Clockwise: Rotates the image clockwise.
Turn Counter-clockwise: Rotates the image counter-clockwise.
Brightness/Contrast: Opens the brightness/contrast dialog (see below).
Crop: Activates the Crop tool (see below).
Resize: Opens the Resize dialog (see below).
Zoom: Adjusts the display zoom level. Please note that this does not change the image's size or resolution.
Reset All Changes: Reverts the image to its unedited state.
The brightness/contrast dialog allows you to increase or decrease the brightness and/or contrast of your image. Move the slider for each adjustment to the desired level, then click OK. Click Cancel to exit the dialog without making any adjustments.
The Crop tool allows you to remove any unwanted areas from the borders of your image. When you click the Crop button, a green selection area appears in the middle of your image. Click and drag in the center of the selection to move it; click and drag on the "handles" at the corners and centers of the sides to resize it. Click the green checkmark button on the toolbar to confirm the crop, or the red X button to cancel the crop.
The Resize tool allows you to adjust the size of your image. Select either the Percentage or Pixel option, then enter your desired dimensions in the Height and Width fields. The Maintain Aspect Ratio option is checked by default; it will maintain your image's proportions for you.
