Why can't I access Photograph-It Plus in new forms?
If you are running an out-of-date version of Photograph-It Plus and attempt to open it while working in a newer form, you will see this error:
If a form was created after your version of Photograph-It Plus was created, the older version of Photograph-It Plus is unable to access and work with the form. If you see the above error, take the following steps.
1. Confirm you are on the latest available version of Photograph-It Plus.
- Typically updates to Appraise-It and Photograph-It Plus are released in tandem, and their version numbers will reflect this. For example: Appraise-It 7.9 and Photograph-It Plus 17.9 were released at the same time, Appraise-It 10.2 and Photograph-It 20.2 were released at the same time, and so on.
- The installer for the latest version of the software available to you can always be found on your Downloads page, along with information about your active product subscriptions.
2. If your Photograph-It Plus subscription expired before the latest release, you have several options:
- You can try the new Image Manager, a faster, simpler Photograph-It Plus alternative included with your Appraise-It subscription.
- You can manually browse in your photos by opening the report's photo addenda in Appraise-It and double-clicking on the image area to open Scanlink.
- You can contact Sales to purchase the latest version of Photograph-It Plus.
