You may have received an email from Integration 4.0, discussing changes on their order form/engagement letter. There are two items in this email we want to address.
First, the additional interior photographs can be placed in Appraise-It's existing “6-up” photo pages located in Photograph-It Plus under the Extended tab, and in Appraise-It under Contents –-> Photograph Addenda. In Appraise-It version 10.2, due out in September 2010, we will introduce a brand new photograph addenda specifically for this purpose.
The second item mentioned in the email deals with PDF files. Appraise-It, by default, produces first-generation PDF files with no embedded security. This ensures maximum compatibility with AMCs and lenders. You should experience no problems sending our PDF files to Integration 4.0. If any problems do arise, please contact us and we will work with you and Integration 4.0 to resolve any problems as quickly as possible.
