Appraise-It 9.4.2 Change Log

The following changes were made in the Appraise-It 9.4.2 update.

1. An issue that would cause the text of the old 1004's Scope of the Appraisal to transfer into the subject address in Photograph-It Plus has been corrected.

2. An automatic corrupt report utility has been added. If a corrupt report is detected while trying to open, the report will be automatically cleansed and the user will be presented with the recovered text and instructions to add this text back into the report.

3. A new custom skeleton restore utility has been added to the Utilities menu. This feature should only be used as directed by technical support so the menu item will only be displayed if the user clicks on the Utilities menu while holding down the CTRL button.

4. A new custom skeleton repair utility has been added to the Utilities menu. This feature should only be used as directed by technical support so the menu item will only be displayed if the user clicks on the Utilities menu while holding down the CTRL button.

5. The spell checker will now highlight the misspelled word in the extended comments as Appraise-It performs a spell check.

6. A fix for an issue that, when you used the down arrow key in a multi-line field, the cursor went to the next field rather than to the next line as it did in the 16 bit versions of Appraise-It.

7. A fix for a problem on the Supplemental Real Estate Owned Addendum that would not allow you to use a figure like "30-60" at the bottom of the form in the "client-imposed restricted market exposure time" field.

8. If you went into a multi-line field and hit CTRL-Enter until it would usually trip to the extended comments, Appraise-It would throw an access violation.

9. An issue that would cause the skeleton updater to wipe data from the Word Processing Addenda and WP Addenda without headers in a custom skeleton.

10. A problem with the Apex Integration Module that would blank the sketch if you opened Apex and then closed it without modifying an existing sketch.

11. The license exp. date field would only hold a numeric date, not a long format date like March 21, 2011

12. Right-clicking anywhere other than the currently active cell would cause the cell format dialog to be erroneously displayed.

13. In the UA5 Cost Approach, as you entered data on the right side of the form, in a few of the cells, if you tried to left-arrow to the left side of the form, the focus jumped up to the top of page 1. It did not move the cursor up there, just the editor view.

14. If you upgraded from a 16 bit version of Appraise-It to versions 9.2  or 9.4.0, the install did not convert the lender database.

15. Specific Listings Comps: When you transferred a "copied comp" from the clipboard, the information appeared to be reversed in the grid - i.e. data first, then the actual line items' text.

16. If you unsigned a double-signed report it removed the supervisor info from the right side as it should. However, it did not remove this info from the report profile...so...the info came back whenever you resigned the report as the appraiser.
