How do I create a print scheme?

Appraise-It's Print Scheme function allows you to save commonly used page selections.

1.  Click the Print or Print PDF icon on the toolbar, or go to FilePrint or FilePrint PDF.
2.  Select the pages you would like to print.

  • Double-click on each page, or highlight the page and click the arrow button to move the page from Available Pages to Pages Selected to Print.
  • The order the pages appear in the Pages Selected to Print area is the order they will print to paper or PDF.

3. Once your have your desired pages, click Save in the Print Schemes section at the top of the Print dialog.
4. Enter a name for the print scheme that you will remember and click Save.

The scheme will now be available for future print jobs. Select it from the Print Schemes drop-down in the Print dialog. The same print scheme will be available for each form type whether you are printing to paper or PDF. Each form type (i.e. 1004, 2055, 1075) will need its own print schemes.
