XML errors in AIReady are caused by unsupported characters in your report. There are two types of unsupported characters.
Page Breaks
Remove any page breaks you may have inserted in your extended comments.
Invalid Text Characters
This is the more common cause of XML errors in AIReady. Invalid characters may be somewhere in the text of your report, and may appear as small rectangles or other odd characters. They may also be invisible, especially if you copy and paste text from outside sources. The best way to ensure there are no invalid text characters in your report is to import into a fresh report.
