Appraise-It stores its necessary data in several folders on your computer.* By default, these are on the root of your C: drive, unless you specified another location during your installation. If you are on a network, the TRADATA folder is most likely stored on your network drive.
To verify the location of your data, you can open Appraise-It and go to Edit ⇨ Preferences, then click on Folders under Application.
